Why Hilltop Food Group?
Our production facilities are designed for flexibility and scale.
Our ambient site
- Packing: from 15g portion packs through to 22,000kg tankers
- Blending: 25-tonne blending tank plus eight 1-tonne tanks for small batches
- Capacity: up to 30,000 tonnes per year across five production lines
- Formats: glass, plastic, tubs, sachets, portion pots, IBCs and tankers
Our Bakery
- Bread: sandwich rolls, sliced bread, artisan bread, flavoured bread, functional bread & sourdough
- Ambient confectionery – Custards, tarts, ginger breads, doughnuts, meringues, etc
- Chilled confectionery – cream cakes, iced buns, doughnuts, flans, renoirs, eclairs, muffins, tarts
- Baked savouries – sausage rolls, pies, pasties, slices, quiches
- Seasonal/bespoke – cakes, tray bakes, cookies etc
Pack formats and sizes are completely flexible, due to our lack of automation on site in parts, we are well prepared for bespoke production runs and unusual pack sizes.
